Jessica and Adam are two of the most laid back and in-love people ever which made for a relaxing and beautiful wedding day.
The couple got ready at a hotel in downtown Minneapolis before heading over to the ever lovely Nicollet island pavillion to get hitched. Now, it has to be noted that the maid of honor laughing with the bride on the bed was also getting married after Jessica and would be in the inverse situation about one month later- AND I was lucky enough to photograph her wedding too! I assume that means I’m practically family now 🙂 But seriously, it was a great honor to photograph two weddings and a wonderful friendship.
Now, I often talk about first looks and how great they are but Adam and Jess just highlight yet again why first looks are MY FAVORITE!!
You can see Adam melt with happiness when he sets eyes on the drop-dead gorgeous Jessica. But to be honest, the blend of her elegant dress, rustic cowgirl boots, and dazzling red hair, would probably make anyone melt so I totally understand.
The couple said their vows under the pavillion looking out towards the Mississippi river and then had even more romantic moments captured as the sunset behind them.
The reception was kicked off with cake and amazing dancing! The music was from a live band and I feel like the entire guest list knew how to dance and show off their moves!
Later the men went out to have the traditional smoking of the cigars but were overtaken by the girls who wanted to join in the fun and really stole the spotlight of looking epic while having fun.
I told you these two knew how to have fun and their wedding was a perfect reflection of their love and personality. Cheers to the happy couple!
